Yoga for Westerners

I'm really curious.  How do YOU incorporate yoga practice day to day to keep you calm, sane and present? I had the thought that busy women, but men too want to know how other yoginis keep tranquil in between soccer kids, aging parents, a spouse, ex's and extended families, employer, the mortgage and menus. What is yoga practice like in the West in the 21st century?

  1. A short stretch before bed keeps my dreams on an even keel. The breathing always settles me down. I have much to be grateful for. A minimum effort for a lot of gain!
