After a delightful and busy holiday, I fell asleep Christmas night and slept hard, in need of rest for weeks. Saturday morning it took three cat-n-dog stretches to remember I had a spine and get out of the bed.  Almost nothing, but it did get the kinks out. A couple of deep, conscious breaths to clear my mind and set me in motion to leave the covers.  The days I remember to do this, it's always better throughout the day.  Sweet.

  1. The first breaths and stretches of the day are so important. It can set the tone for the rest of the day …honouring, supporting and loving your body. It appears you were up quite late.
